Inside Sales Representatives, Commercial Equipment Leasing Financing

We are currently looking to add immediately four (4) entry level Inside Sales Representatives to join our commercial sales team in our Irvine, CA office.
Will be responsible for providing service and support to our documentation and funding department. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a team environment, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work quickly while managing multiple projects.
• Make daily outbound calls to resellers, partners, and existing customers
• Establish and grow existing relationships with equipment or software resellers
• Provide appropriate financing solutions that address customers’ individual needs
• Position Dimension Funding’s financing solutions as a strategic advantage to our customers
• Close sales and meet individual sales goals

Qualifications and Education :
Requires: 1+ year of inside sales including cold calling and sales training. Six (6) months or more of leasing / financing experience a plus.
• Available on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (but not necessary)
• Background in sales and/or telemarketing
• Applicant must reside within a 20 miles of our Irvine office location
$16-20 /hour base depending on experience level and previous sales training. Salary plus commission to start, leading to full commission plus residual participation within 6 months, medical benefits.
